We will email you to make an introduction, give a time frame for processing, and set up a consultation on your cut sheet.

Wait for your custom order to become ready. This is honestly the hardest part!

We will call when your order is ready for pick up/delivery and what the final price will be.

Start to enjoy your freezer full of delicious beef or pork!
