Aberdeen Angus

The main objective of our business is to create homegrown beef of high quality and healthy portion sizes.  This is achieved by strict monitoring of grass and pasture through weed control, fertilization, and rotational grazing to create the best grass to meat conversion in the beef breed.  The aberdeen angus breed is known for creating exceptional beef and being highly efficient.  Our cattle are treated as humanely as possible and they do not receive any growth hormone nor are they ever confined to a feedlot.

This breed is naturally polled (no horns).  They are a smaller breed which is of great benefit for many reasons. This includes, being easier to handle, not as impactful to land and fences/equipment, more efficient for use of feed, excellent temperament, maternal traits, and calving ease.

Their size is also great for finished beef in that they have smaller and more healthy portion sizes. Making the purchase of a quarter, half or whole steer more affordable for a family.
